A week designed for you to recharge, strengthen your body, energetically regulate and open, and connect deeply with your body and feminine energy. Held at Sama Social Club pilates & barre studio, and our private villa, surrounded by the gorgeous jungle and ocean.

Private Villa with Pool
Guided embodiment rituals, pilates, fascia release, breath work, massages and spa day, body work sessions, energy work, balanced with deep rest, nourishment, and intentional experiences woven throughout the week. Paired with delicious nourishing foods and detox juices.
